Integrations keep Terrace and the tools around it in agreement, so nothing gets typed twice and nothing falls out of sync.

QuickBooks

QuickBooks is the deepest integration. Connect from Integrations → QuickBooks, authorize with Intuit, and configure how data flows:

Customer synchronization

Choose a direction: Import only (QuickBooks → Terrace), Export only (Terrace → QuickBooks), or Both directions. Then run Import Customers or Export Customers on demand.

Invoice export

Turn on Auto-export invoices and finished invoices flow to QuickBooks on a schedule: Hourly, Daily, or Manual only if you prefer to push them yourself. Payment methods map across, including ACH, Cash, Check, and Credit card.

Reconciliation

Terrace periodically checks both sides and reports Discrepancies (an Amount Mismatch or Field Mismatch between a Terrace invoice and its QuickBooks copy), along with how many invoices checked and issues found. Sync problems show as Errors with enough context to fix them, and each invoice’s sync state is always visible on the Invoices screen.

Square

Square powers card payments, including Retail Checkout point-of-sale flows, and recorded payments carry Square as their method so your records line up.
